Throwholics gently suggests folks use their real name rather than an anonymous handle. People like to know who they're talking to. But either works. Also, you can use spaces for your username.

John Godina demonstrates the 360 Tap to 360 on Right drill. This drill is very difficult..stand up right now and try it (don't break anything). It really forces a thrower to work on control out of the back through entry...but most importantly it allows athletes to work on maintaining weight on the right on Right Foot Touch Down and does not allow for any weight shift to the left. Obviously the extra 180 that you end up doing on the right is not part of an actual throw but it is a drill that you could work on if you have a problem drifting on to your left side as you work toward Power Position.
