Throwholics gently suggests folks use their real name rather than an anonymous handle. People like to know who they're talking to. But either works. Also, you can use spaces for your username.

  • youtube.com/watch?v=vcteigEEVWw This is a video about how to train your muscles to do what it knows to do in a quicker way. I think he makes some very good points but I would like to know what you guys think about it. So if you could take a few minutes (the video runs 12:51) and post your thoughts that would be great. I'm just curious what others think on this topic.

  • i can understand why people would measure, like to keep track of progress. but in my personal opinion, what i do, i let the competitions measure for me and try to work on more technique than distance during my practices. if i have a spot in mind when throwing i tend to set aside technique at times and try to overpower the shot or which ever impliment im throwing and try to hit that mark. just my thoughts though. everyone works differently

  • I haven't heard on his competition status but i can only speculate that he will come out pumped for his next one. Now that Walsh has broken Gills record, Gill has someone to push him and a reason to work harder than he has before.
